David Brodie

David has more than thirty years experience in the property finance industry throughout Australia. He worked with both Domestic and International Banks in Senior Lending roles for some 20 years, before commencing Partnership Finance Group, which he formed in 1998.

Over the past 20 years, David has held various  appointments on Investment Bank Credit Committees, Advisory Boards, Directorships of Property Development Companies and remains a current Partner in the  Tulich Family Communities, which own and operate  a number of Residential Aged Care and Retirement Villages in NSW.

During his career David has originated finance for some of the country’s largest property developers and major private Investment Bank clients across all sectors of the Property and Corporate markets.

David specialises in packaging tiered debt facilities, including Mezzanine Finance and Preferred Equity and creating joint venture and equity opportunities through his numerous contacts in the property development industry.
